หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and execute large-scale, complex technical programs end-to-end
- Track program milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring achievement
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Partner with VPs and senior stakeholders to align priorities and decisions
- Develop and deliver high-quality executive program reports with actionable insights
- Establish governance frameworks and drive structured communication across the organization
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science
- 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Networks
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional Networks programs
- Extensive experience in program and business planning within a CTO or technology function
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and operational efficiency
- Experience working with senior leadership and in matrixed organizations
