You will ensure timely and accurate analytics, support investigations into misconduct, and provide insights for market conduct oversight. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver compliance reporting and analytics for distribution channels
- Oversee data-supported assessment of suspected misconduct, including trend analysis
- Prepare and review accurate reports and dashboards for stakeholders and regulators
- Support surveillance activities and ensure timely follow-ups and remediation
- Engage distribution channels to gather information for misconduct assessment
- Identify and implement improvements for reporting, data quality, and team efficiency
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in compliance, market conduct, or analytics
- Experience in sales, customer complaints, or investigations in financial services
- Degree in any discipline
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and explain insights
- Good working knowledge of regulatory and market conduct requirements
