Based in Malaysia, this role supports the finance team in executing precise and punctual monthly financial closing operations. The specialist handles Record-to-Report tasks including journal vouchers, general ledger reconciliation, and statutory standard compliance like IFRS 15. Additionally, the position involves reporting analysis, retail finance operations, and driving process automation within the shared services center.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate month-end financial closing and post journal entries to the ERP system
- Prepare operational and financial reports including revenue reconciliations and variance analysis
- Conduct monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations while resolving open items
- Support retail and dealer finance operations such as claims, rebates, and dealer master data
- Maintain the customer projects ledger and assist with project tracking and audit documentation
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support system testing and automation efforts
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- At least 4 years of financial accounting experience, ideally in shared services or corporate environments
- Strong grasp of accounting standards, particularly IFRS 15, revenue, and project accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems like SAP
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet strict month-end deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
