Based in Indonesia, this role involves leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will develop strategies to expand the customer base and deepen client relationships within the Consumer Banking Group. This position requires providing guidance to team members, collaborating across departments, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to meet business goals
- Develop strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and strengthen client relationships
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new offerings
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and regulatory requirements

- Experience in banking or financial services in a similar role
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
