Based in Singapore, this role supports a major transformation initiative aimed at upgrading and streamlining credit management and billing capabilities across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts, technology partners, and system architects to gather requirements, review target process designs, and drive comprehensive testing phases. Additionally, the position involves overseeing data migration checks and developing critical documentation to secure smooth project cutover and operational readiness.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and target operating models for credit management
- Evaluate functional specifications and solution designs against established business rules
- Plan and execute end-to-end testing phases including SIT, UAT, regression, and defect resolution
- Assist in data migration tasks such as data cleansing, cutover planning, and reconciliation
- Review credit workflows spanning customer master data, assessments, collections, and dispute management
- Produce project documentation, standard operating procedures, user guides, and training resources
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant background in business analysis, finance operations, or credit management
- Practical experience with SAP ERP systems such as ECC or S/4HANA
- In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Demonstrated experience conducting requirements workshops, process mapping, and testing support
- Strong analytical capabilities alongside effective communication and stakeholder management skills
