Based in Singapore, this role involves serving as a core technical expert within the Group IT Corporate HR Systems division. You will spearhead the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of enterprise-grade Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll solutions. Key focus areas include aligning systems with local statutory compliance, managing complex system integrations, and collaborating cross-functionally with human resources and finance stakeholders to ensure seamless, secure payroll operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll solutions.
- Configure payroll components including calculation rules, fast formulas, and balances.
- Oversee integrations between payroll, Core HR, time tracking, finance, and banking systems.
- Coordinate testing cycles, release rollouts, quarterly Oracle updates, and year-end procedures.
- Perform root cause investigations on system defects and lead performance improvements.
- Partner with internal departments and third-party vendors to steer application strategy.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Over 8 years of IT consulting or HRMS project delivery experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on functional configuration experience.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience supporting Singapore payroll compliance.
- Track record of completing at least 2 full-cycle payroll system implementations.
- Experience with parallel payroll runs, regular cycles, and off-cycle processing.
