Based in Singapore, this role ensures the smooth and uninterrupted functioning of mission-critical banking platforms within a 24x7 Command Center. The position handles real-time system monitoring, batch processing, and incident response across diverse environments like Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX, and Windows. Working on a rotating shift schedule, the officer will diagnose issues, coordinate with support units, and uphold established service quality benchmarks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Perform 24/7 real-time monitoring of systems, networks, applications, and ATM services using enterprise management tools
- Supervise scheduled batch job executions and resolve batch failures in alignment with service level agreements
- Detect, record, and escalate operational incidents promptly to minimize business disruption
- Deliver tier-one troubleshooting and technical diagnosis prior to escalating issues to higher support tiers
- Liaise with infrastructure and application teams during incident handling and scheduled maintenance
- Maintain accurate shift logs, operational records, and handover details for audit compliance
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of practical experience working in IT operations or a command center setting
- Working familiarity with enterprise systems such as Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX/Linux, or Windows
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools like Microsoft Office
- Strong English communication skills and ability to perform under high-pressure scenarios
- Flexibility to commit to 12-hour rotating shift patterns
