Based in Malaysia, this role is for a Senior Application Maintenance/Production Support professional within UOB's Innovation Hub 2, focusing on cards systems. The position involves providing Level 3 support, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring smooth delivery of technology enhancements. The ideal candidate will conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain application stability and compliance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for critical applications and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with primary product vendors for application fixes and updates.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems to prevent future occurrences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in open systems.
- Work with development, testing, and infrastructure teams for seamless support.
- Support production end-of-day processes as per roster.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in Java development, including Core Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Over 5 years of experience with application development tools like WebSphere, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Experience in application maintenance/production support, specifically L2 or L3.
- Banking domain experience, with knowledge of CACS online, 3DS, or loyalty programs being a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle database and PL/SQL.
- Proficiency with web servers (JBoss, Apache) and Java platforms (WebLogic, JBoss EAP, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere).
