Based in Singapore, this role involves managing the triage and assignment of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) review triggers, ensuring efficient delegation and escalation. The position requires establishing operational governance, maintaining standard operating procedures, and monitoring compliance with AML/CFT policies. You will also engage with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance workflows and support policy implementations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support the triage of AML review triggers and ensure accurate delegation
- Manage assignment of alerts and cases to review teams based on criteria
- Establish and maintain SOPs and controls for triage and assignment
- Liaise with internal AML teams and other stakeholders on workflow enhancements
- Coordinate with colleagues in Malaysia for timely delivery of activities
- Prepare and present MIS on trigger volumes and operational metrics
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years in AML operations, screening, or workflow roles
- Familiarity with AML, sanctions screening, and risk indicators
- Experience with SLA management or high-volume operational environments
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
