Based in Singapore, this role focuses on end-to-end disbursement operations, month-end closing, and balance sheet reconciliations within the Treasury & Disbursement team. The specialist will handle daily processing of various financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position requires managing high transaction volumes under tight deadlines and contributing to continuous process improvements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Process daily payments for insurance, vendors, and staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to queries from Life Operations regarding payment status and accounting codes.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and inter-fund accounts.
- Support month-end closing activities, such as accruals and fixed asset accounting.
- Act as a primary troubleshooter for finance systems, resolving user inquiries.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.

- Experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of insurance accounting.
- Proven experience in payment processing and month-end closing in a high-volume environment.
