Based in Vietnam, this role focuses on managing frontline claim queries and ensuring prompt, accurate assessment processing within established service turnarounds. The position holds payout approval authority up to designated limits and coordinates complex escalations with internal assessors. Working alongside IT and product specialists, the specialist contributes to system automation projects while training customer-facing teams on claim procedures.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage frontline claim inquiries and communication across internal email, chat, and messaging channels
- Handle and investigate escalated customer complaints in coordination with claims assessors
- Review and approve eligible insurance claims up to the authorized threshold of 500 million VND
- Ensure claim payment calculations, letters, and financial transactions are accurately completed
- Collaborate with IT, actuarial, and product departments to implement automation on claims systems
- Participate in corporate initiatives as a tester or coordinator and provide claims training to frontline staff
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- Fluency in English with proficiency in reading and writing
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Foundational skills in customer centricity and operational execution
- Demonstrated team collaboration and stakeholder communication capabilities
