Based in Singapore, this role leads the establishment and management of the enterprise controls framework and governance for PFA, ensuring compliance with MAS requirements and Prudential group standards. The position oversees outsourcing, including Third Party Risk Management, and acts as a senior escalation point for control breakdowns. This leader will partner with the CEO and management team to drive accountability through effective governance, reporting, and timely remediation efforts.

- Establish and maintain the enterprise controls framework and governance, including policies and escalation routes.
- Manage outsourcing arrangements, ensuring compliance with MAS guidelines and risk monitoring.
- Oversee key operational controls across various PFA functions, including documentation and performance monitoring.
- Drive governance improvements by simplifying policies and strengthening controls.
- Provide oversight for Enterprise Data Governance, embedding data quality controls.
- Act as a senior escalation point for governance breaches and control issues.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in enterprise controls, operational risk, or internal audit within financial services.
- Strong understanding of MAS expectations, especially Outsourcing Guidelines.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and vendors.
- Excellent writing skills for governance reporting to senior leadership and committees.
- Organized and focused on execution.
