Based in Singapore, this role focuses on advanced AI risk governance, assessment, and oversight within UOB's Group Risk Management. The specialist will conduct independent risk assessments for AI use cases, particularly Generative AI and Agentic AI, and monitor emerging AI technologies. This hands-on position involves developing prototypes and evaluation environments to independently validate and challenge AI systems, providing objective insights to senior management.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Perform independent review and challenge of AI use cases, including Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Execute risk assessment activities, covering inherent risk, control effectiveness, and residual risk.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies, attack techniques, and regulatory developments.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for independent validation and risk assessment.
- Conduct applied research to enhance validation methodologies and evaluation approaches.
- Apply knowledge of AI risk evaluations, including threats like prompt injection and data poisoning.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in AI or AI and data governance, preferably in banking.
- Experience designing and executing independent validation activities for AI models.
- Knowledge of risk assessment processes for third-party AI vendors and solutions.
- Familiarity with AI risk controls, guardrails, and effectiveness testing for Generative AI.
- Ability to conduct market research and communicate findings to senior management.
