Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on maintaining and supporting clients' SD-WAN deployments and enterprise IT infrastructure within a global operations center. The engineer will proactively observe network health, diagnose service disruptions, and handle technical service requests. Working on a rotating shift pattern, the candidate ensures seamless uptime and rapid issue resolution.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Monitor system availability and core infrastructure services across Windows servers and virtualized environments
- Oversee network hardware performance including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Triage and resolve technical incidents according to defined service level agreements and escalation paths
- Implement standard configuration and service change requests on major SD-WAN platforms
- Execute routine health checks, audit system logs, and coordinate incident remediation with third-party vendors
- Keep stakeholders informed with timely status reports while strictly adhering to compliance standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or a related discipline
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in infrastructure operations or technical support
- Working familiarity with LAN, WAN, cloud environments, or server systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and a keen focus on network reliability
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
