หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to define and validate requirements
- Analyze business processes and assess project impacts
- Manage risks and issues related to requirements and scope
- Translate requirements into functional designs for system analysts
- Review test plans and support SIT/UAT activities
- Perform impact assessments for change requests
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 15 years in business analysis, specifically in finance projects
- Proficient in data management and financial systems
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in change management and project fundamentals
- Strong team player with leadership and communication skills
