Based in Singapore, this role is within the Group Compliance team, focusing on governance and oversight. The position involves conducting independent quality control and assurance reviews to identify compliance weaknesses and ensure effective remediation. You will apply root cause analysis, including behavioral insights, to understand control failures and drive continuous improvement in compliance effectiveness.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Conduct independent quality control reviews and track remediation efforts.
- Lead root cause analysis of assurance findings, including behavioral factors.
- Apply methodologies to analyze decision-making and control weaknesses.
- Prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate remediation actions for effectiveness and recurrence prevention.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions for continuous improvement.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience applying behavioral science in assurance or control reviews.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- High initiative, curiosity, and accountability.
