- Support the development and deployment of AI-powered operational tools
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams for seamless AI integration
- Monitor and refine automated tools for improved accuracy
- Identify and implement initiatives to optimize operational workflows
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging digital solutions
- Design and prototype scalable, digital-first solutions
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Banking Operations, Strategy, or Transformation
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
