หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate intellectual property and technology transaction agreements
- Advise internal teams and stakeholders on IP considerations in commercial deals
- Identify and resolve intellectual property risks across client and partner engagements
- Support technology assessments, open source usage, and employee invention rights
- Create and maintain contract templates, internal guidelines, and IP training programs
- Perform legal research to provide actionable guidance on emerging technology issues
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution
- Active law license to practice as a qualified attorney
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience handling IP transactions in English
- Strong understanding of intellectual property challenges within the technology industry
- Proven ability to manage complex matters and prioritize competing deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and written and verbal communication abilities
