Based in Singapore, this role involves overseeing property management and mechanical and electrical systems across corporate premises. The appointed individual will supervise managing agents, verify maintenance tasks, and conduct routine site inspections. Additional responsibilities include managing statutory compliance, handling facilities budgets, and supporting fire safety implementations to ensure seamless daily operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Supervise managing agents to ensure proper upkeep and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform site checks and review proposed repair or minor improvement projects alongside budget estimates.
- Address building issues, service disruptions, and tenant feedback promptly in coordination with contractors.
- Maintain architectural, structural, and M&E documentation while securing timely renewals of statutory licenses.
- Support facilities managers with vendor procurement papers, budget preparation, and financial audit reviews.
- Oversee the execution of fire safety guidelines, emergency evacuation plans, and regular drill exercises.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between one and two years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance and building operations.
- Working familiarity with workplace safety and health protocols.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication capabilities.
- Competent in using standard productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
