หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Personal Bankers to meet sales targets for banking products
- Implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct appraisals
- Ensure team adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance
- Manage customer escalations and complex service issues effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer offerings
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years in personal or retail banking, with 1-3 years in leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in banking
- Strong understanding of various banking products and services
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian banking regulations and compliance requirements
