Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with wealth banking clients across southern branches. The successful candidate will assess customer financial needs, offer customized wealth management solutions, and promote a diverse portfolio of banking products and investment instruments. Additionally, this position requires proactive cross-selling, effective complaint resolution, and the maintenance of high standards of service excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Promote wealth and retail banking offerings including unit trusts, insurance, treasury, cards, and deposits to target clients
- Oversee and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to support portfolio growth
- Assess individual financial situations to provide suitable investment advice and solutions
- Actively cross-sell a broad suite of banking services to enhance customer engagement
- Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints in a prompt, professional manner

- Prior background in the financial services sector, with personal banking experience preferred
- Proven track record or background in sales
- Demonstrated client relationship management abilities with strong integrity and professionalism
