Based in Singapore, this role serves as the subject matter expert for payroll technology within Singtel's Group IT corporate systems team. You will lead the design, configuration, and support of enterprise payroll solutions across cloud-based platforms while ensuring statutory compliance. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in HR, Finance, and external partners to deliver robust, high-performing payroll operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Architect and implement payroll technical solutions on SaaS platforms aligned with organizational requirements.
- Oversee technical payroll configurations such as schemas, tax calculations, and compliance rules.
- Provide operational support for regular and off-cycle payroll runs, integrations, and data validation.
- Coordinate system enhancements, functional documentation, SIT/UAT testing, and release management.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, IT stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate smooth solution rollouts.
- Support bi-annual system upgrades, maintenance routines, and security audit activities.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT consulting or HRMS project delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of functional and configuration experience, including 2 years supporting Singapore payroll.
- Proven track record of delivering at least two full life-cycle payroll system implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of payroll schemas, time schemas, parallel runs, and statutory reporting.
- Strong expertise in HR cloud platforms, payroll integrations, and data management.
