Based in Singapore, this role focuses on leading the machine learning intelligence behind Agoda's cutting-edge AI travel assistant. You will develop multi-step trip planning algorithms, intent recognition models, and robust evaluation systems across flights, accommodations, and activities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will guide technical standards, deploy generative AI solutions to production, and directly enhance travel experiences for millions of global customers.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design and direct core agent capabilities including intent parsing, multi-step itineraries, and tool integrations.
- Develop comprehensive evaluation systems utilizing offline benchmarks, LLM-as-judge frameworks, and online experiments.
- Balance technical trade-offs between answer quality, latency metrics, infrastructure expenses, and system reliability.
- Deploy data science models iteratively into production environments based on real-time user behavior.
- Establish engineering best practices for agent development while mentoring and elevating team members.

- Robust foundation in statistical modeling, causal inference, and online experimentation methodologies.
- Practical background architecting LLM applications with retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and memory workflows.
