Based in Malaysia, this role within Accenture's Legal and Commercial Services team involves managing commercial and contractual matters throughout the entire contract lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to maximize business value and mitigate contractual risks. This position requires providing contract management expertise during pre-sales, execution, and ongoing delivery phases.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage client contracts and subcontracts through their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SOWs and NDAs.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Support pre-award sales activities, including RFP review and contract negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing daily contract support.
- Lead contract management activities and mentor junior professionals within the team.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial contract management, especially with complex engagements.
- Proficiency in managing contracts across the full lifecycle, including drafting and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
