Based in Singapore, this senior role leads technology risk management, governance, and cybersecurity compliance across corporate real estate systems. The successful candidate will drive digital resilience, identity governance, and vendor risk protocols for property platforms. In addition, you will guide practical artificial intelligence adoption and partner closely with technology stakeholders to safeguard real estate operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Maintain technology governance and oversight across all corporate real estate applications
- Conduct IT risk evaluations, cybersecurity checks, and enforce bank-wide security standards
- Oversee identity governance, access reviews, role-based controls, and third-party risk assessments
- Coordinate internal and external audit reviews and track remediation of identified vulnerabilities
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and incident response for real estate systems
- Advise internal teams on data governance, automation opportunities, and emerging AI use cases
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields
- Between 8 and 12 years of relevant experience in technology risk, governance, or proptech
- Background working within financial institutions or heavily regulated industries preferred
- Solid grasp of IT governance, cybersecurity principles, and vendor risk assessment frameworks
- Familiarity with access management, identity governance, enterprise systems, and analytics concepts
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities
