Based in Malaysia, this role involves overseeing compliance and assurance activities for UOB's Centre of Excellence, ensuring adherence to Singapore Group policies and local regulations. The position requires providing expert advice on policy interpretation, managing regulatory monitoring, and conducting independent oversight of risk management frameworks. You will also act as a trusted advisor to senior management, driving risk awareness and coordinating communications across the organization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with group policies and local regulations
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation and regulatory expectations
- Manage the regulatory monitoring framework
- Oversee risk management and control environments
- Develop and execute annual assurance plans
- Coordinate external reviews and track action plan closures
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in compliance, assurance, or risk governance
- Strong expertise in compliance and assurance frameworks
- Experience in internal/external audit or compliance oversight within financial services
- Ability to work in group-led/matrix environments with cross-border governance exposure
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
