Based in Singapore, this role drives the execution of product proposition development and distribution enablement initiatives across various insurance solutions. The position focuses on translating strategies into practical market-ready assets, sales concepts, and go-to-market support for local business units and distribution channels. It involves close collaboration with product, customer, marketing, agency, and partnership teams to ensure propositions are effectively positioned and implemented.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute product proposition strategy, developing work plans and roadmaps
- Support go-to-market execution, including segment definition and launch support
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for proposition delivery
- Build capabilities through toolkits, templates, and training materials
- Gather market and distribution insights for proposition development
- Track execution progress and establish feedback loops for improvements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Over 10 years in life insurance product management or strategy
- Good understanding of life insurance products (protection, wealth, retirement)
- Strong exposure to insurance distribution, especially in Asian markets
- Experience with regional or multi-market stakeholders
- Ability to convert strategic concepts into practical execution plans
