Based in Singapore, this role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of complex innovation projects, focusing on emerging technologies like blockchain, AI, and digital assets. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to define objectives, manage project plans, and ensure successful implementation within the banking sector. This position requires strong project management expertise and the ability to drive technology solutions aligned with business needs.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation, covering blockchain, AI, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to define objectives and manage dependencies.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risks.
- Facilitate solution discussions with technology teams and stakeholders.
- Manage scope, change requests, and implementation activities.
- Provide project updates to senior stakeholders and support deployment.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 10 years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
- Proficiency in project delivery methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, or AI initiatives is preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
