Based in the Philippines, this role involves leading the technical direction for the Consumer Pulse team, focusing on building next-generation consumer research products. The position requires guiding a Scrum team, optimizing software engineering processes, and designing and maintaining data-driven web applications. This individual will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Scrum team
- Optimize current software engineering processes and practices
- Design, build, and maintain data-driven web applications and reporting solutions
- Implement data integration solutions, including publishing to a data lake
- Manage application architecture, security, and infrastructure requests
- Coach other engineers and manage vendor relationships

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Advanced hands-on experience with frontend technologies like ReactJS and NextJS
- Strong foundation in software development, including CI/CD and automated testing
- Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and system design

- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs
