Based in Singapore, this executive director role focuses on building and commercializing intelligent enterprise capabilities, particularly in blockchain and digital assets, within UOB's Innovation Group. The position involves identifying high-value opportunities, integrating enterprise solutions, and establishing operating models to scale new propositions across the bank. It requires translating emerging technologies into secure, compliant, and commercially viable solutions, ensuring measurable business and customer value.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise capabilities in AI, blockchain, and data, packaging them into services.
- Identify strategic opportunities and define outcomes with business and country teams.
- Design, launch, and scale propositions for AI, data, and tokenized finance.
- Define end-to-end operating models for integrated capabilities, including architecture and controls.
- Provide strategic foresight on technology, regulatory, and market developments to senior management.
- Lead partnerships with clients, fintechs, and regulators to scale new propositions.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 15 years of leadership experience in banking, payments, or financial technology.
- Demonstrated success in taking complex initiatives from strategy to implementation and value.
- Proven ability to orchestrate capabilities across AI, data, blockchain, and business domains.
- Deep knowledge of distributed ledger technology, tokenization, and digital assets.
- Strong leadership in customer discovery, business case development, and go-to-market execution.
- Excellent ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively.
