Based in Singapore, this role leads the full system development lifecycle for Institutional Banking Group Technology to deliver robust solutions on schedule and within budget. You will bridge business requirements and technical design, driving Trade Finance and digital ecosystem initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee CI/CD pipeline automation and manage third-party vendor engagements to guarantee high-quality operational delivery.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end SDLC for corporate banking systems including design, development, and testing
- Partner with business users, tech teams, and ecosystem partners to turn requirements into scalable architectures
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automated packaging, and deployment tools
- Supervise vendor delivery, negotiations, and incident resolution for ongoing production stability
- Create detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications
- Drive technical process improvements and ensure code quality and deployment efficiency
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise across backend and frontend tech such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and relational databases
- Solid grasp of corporate banking operations, particularly Trade Finance domains
- Proven track record in SDLC execution, testing methodologies, and project management
- Familiarity with middleware, DevOps infrastructure, and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
