Based in the Philippines, this leadership opportunity at Accenture involves steering comprehensive process transformation roadmaps and driving strategic business excellence initiatives. You will spearhead regional automation endeavors and partner closely with clients to optimize workflows toward error-free operational performance. Additionally, you will guide and nurture delivery teams while ensuring projects align tightly with balanced scorecard metrics.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic process transformation roadmap and integrate business excellence practices across operations.
- Deliver regional automation initiatives in collaboration with local and global delivery teams.
- Promote business excellence value propositions to secure inclusion in high-complexity client delivery deals.
- Transition operational focus toward proactive defect prevention and alignment with customer specifications.
- Monitor performance benchmarks using balanced scorecards to minimize process variations.
- Coach, develop, and maintain the operational resilience and capabilities of the team.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Between 12 to 15 years of comprehensive experience in business transformation.
- At least 6 to 8 years serving as a transformation lead within procurement.
- Demonstrated leadership experience of 5 years or substantial track record as a senior individual contributor.
- Formal training or certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Practical working knowledge of artificial intelligence or robotic process automation solutions.
