- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across enterprise business applications
- Partner with cross-functional groups to gather diagnostics and understand platform incidents
- Document technical resolutions and root-cause findings to expand the team knowledge base
- Track system performance metrics proactively to prevent potential outages or degradations
- Help deploy software updates and critical patches to preserve platform integrity
- Recommend operational improvements and system enhancements based on observed performance patterns
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in software support or development
- Expert working knowledge of Jakarta EE architectures
- Hands-on experience in debugging complex enterprise applications and tracing logs
- Strong foundation in enterprise architecture and middleware tools
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
- Understanding of software deployment cycles and application lifecycle management
