Based in Malaysia, this role serves as the subject matter expert in payroll systems for Singtel's new shared services center in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain enterprise payroll architectures across cloud-based human resource platforms. Working alongside cross-functional teams in finance and human resources, the specialist will ensure systems are secure, compliant, and continuously optimized to support business goals.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise payroll features on cloud and SaaS platforms
- Provide primary operational support for payroll cycles, integrations, and compliance setups
- Oversee system configurations, SIT/UAT testing cycles, documentation, and releases
- Investigate complex payroll technical problems and implement root-cause resolutions
- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and third-party vendors for project delivery
- Participate in system upgrades, technical audits, and future roadmap planning
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- At least 8 years in HRMS or IT consulting, including 5 years supporting Singapore payroll
- Demonstrated success in delivering at least two complete payroll system implementations
- Deep understanding of payroll processing, schema design, tax calculations, and statutory rules
- Hands-on expertise with cloud-based HR systems, integrations, and data validation
- Strong track record in vendor coordination and managing cross-functional relationships
