- Act as a technical subject matter expert and direct development efforts
- Drive important engineering choices across both immediate and cross-functional groups
- Engineer robust solutions to tackle technical challenges across projects
- Ensure smooth project milestone execution by fostering clear team coordination
- Guide and mentor fellow developers to promote continuous technical growth
- Recognize project delivery risks and formulate proactive mitigation plans
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on technical background with Jakarta EE
- Deep familiarity with enterprise Java paradigms and component-focused architecture
- Hands-on expertise configuring application servers and deploying enterprise software
- Sound knowledge of RESTful API services along with microservices patterns
- Familiarity with data persistence, database connectivity, and transaction control
- Strong skills in code debugging, performance profiling, and system optimization
