The position supports end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on service excellence, logistics efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support order-to-delivery processes and customer fulfillment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Analyze supply chain performance data and generate reports
- Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with various internal teams for alignment
- Monitor inventory levels and support optimization initiatives
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Fresh graduate or some practical experience in supply chain/logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
