Based in Malaysia, this internship position supports business analysis, digital transformation, and process enhancement initiatives. The intern will assist with gathering operational requirements, handling data using spreadsheet tools, and discovering AI-driven solutions to improve team productivity. Candidates will also contribute to project documentation, status tracking, and preparing stakeholder presentation materials.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Assist with requirement gathering, business analysis, and process documentation
- Perform foundational data analysis to uncover insights for decision support
- Organize and manage datasets efficiently utilizing spreadsheet applications
- Investigate AI capabilities to enhance automation, reporting, and workflow efficiency
- Prepare project updates, presentations, dashboards, and operational documents
- Help track task milestones and liaise between business users and technical teams
