Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role involves overseeing credit portfolios for Group Commercial Banking, Group Structured Trade and Commodity Finance, and FSCM. The Executive Director will conduct independent credit reviews, assess and approve proposals, and ensure robust risk mitigation strategies are in place. This position requires close collaboration with regional credit teams and senior management to maintain prudent credit standards and support sustainable business growth across the Group's wholesale banking operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Conduct independent credit reviews and evaluations for wholesale banking proposals
- Identify and mitigate material risks, including credit, legal, regulatory, operational, and ESG risks
- Provide independent oversight and approval for credit rating processes
- Facilitate timely credit approvals, collaborating with regional teams
- Monitor and report credit risk issues to senior management and committees
- Collaborate on portfolio reviews, stress tests, and underwriting parameters
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 20 years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking
- Proven experience as a relationship manager or credit approver
- Strong credit analysis skills across diverse sectors like manufacturing and real estate
- Familiarity with the regional business and credit landscape
