Based in Singapore, this role involves ensuring the operational excellence and safety of building facilities and M&E systems. The Senior Associate Engineer will conduct site inspections, manage maintenance schedules, and oversee compliance with safety regulations. This position requires active participation in procurement processes and budget management, contributing to a safe and efficient environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of building defects and M&E systems.
- Check for safety issues, including fire safety, and review evacuation plans.
- Participate in fire drills and table-top exercises.
- Create and verify maintenance schedules in the CMMS.
- Ensure maintenance works align with schedules and follow up on defects.
- Assist in procurement, budget preparation, and monitoring expenditures.

- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least one year of experience in building and facilities management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
