Based in Malaysia, this role supports the efficient delivery of projects and programs within UOB Innovation Hub 2. The PMO Analyst will monitor project performance, ensure adherence to established methodologies, and provide critical insights for informed decision-making. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to Group initiatives and gain regional business exposure within a dynamic financial environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Help develop and maintain project management standards and tools.
- Track project progress, including schedule, budget, and scope.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support project managers with resource planning and risk management.
- Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure data accuracy in project management systems.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management Office or coordination role.
- Experience with shared service center offshoring and transition management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
