Based in Indonesia, this consulting leadership role drives human resources transformation and change initiatives within the financial services sector. You will collaborate with executive leaders across banking and insurance to guide workforce strategies, operating model redesigns, and adoption of emerging digital technologies. The position entails leading multidisciplinary engagement teams, guiding complex organizational shifts, and expanding client partnerships to deliver sustained business value.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end HR transformation and change management engagements for financial sector clients.
- Advise senior executives on HR operating models, workforce effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Architect comprehensive change management strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, and communications.
- Facilitate executive sessions and workshops to translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps.
- Guide multidisciplinary consulting teams across technological and functional transformation initiatives.
- Foster trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and contribute to business development and proposal creation.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in HR transformation, change management, or talent consulting.
- Demonstrated background working within the financial services sector, including banking or insurance.
- Proven track record of managing consulting teams and directing large-scale workstreams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and executive presentation capabilities.
- Experience collaborating across business, HR, and technology functions in digital transformation environments.
