Based in Singapore, this role involves leading the strategic development and growth of digital wealth products, focusing on customer acquisition and transaction growth. The position requires driving the entire feature lifecycle, from strategy and business case development to market execution and performance tracking. You will translate business challenges into actionable plans and continuously enhance digital sales propositions to meet targets.

- Develop and implement strategies for digital wealth customer acquisition and product growth.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of digital wealth features, from concept to launch and adoption.
- Identify revenue opportunities and enhance digital sales propositions to achieve business goals.
- Convert business challenges into clear action plans and execution roadmaps.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feature launches and campaigns.
- Monitor feature performance, resolve customer issues, and manage system incidents.

- At least 8 years of experience in wealth product management, specifically in digital wealth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
