Based in Vietnam, this role oversees the execution of actuarial transformation programs for the company. The appointed manager will convert operational needs into effective implementation strategies spanning workflow optimization, data systems, and automated reporting. Working alongside actuarial specialists and tech partners, the position ensures smooth transitions into ongoing business operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee complete implementation of assigned actuarial transformation programs within established scope and deadlines
- Translate operational requirements into practical roadmaps for data handling, process enhancements, and automated reporting
- Guide daily initiative lifecycles from scoping and planning to deployment and operational transition
- Partner with actuarial leaders and key stakeholders to specify outputs, acceptance metrics, and project approvals
- Coordinate with technology units, external vendors, and shared resources to mitigate risks and sustain momentum
- Facilitate organizational adoption by organizing training materials, testing assistance, and operational handover support
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, mathematics, computer science, data science, or a related field
- Steady advancement in actuarial exams, with Associate status or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of background in life insurance actuarial work, finance transformation, data, or project delivery
- Proven record managing detailed project schedules, user testing, operational risks, and stakeholder communications
- Familiarity with actuarial data management, modeling outputs, workflow tools, or reconciliation automation preferred
- Strong coordination and problem-solving capabilities alongside professional English communication skills
