The successful candidate will facilitate seamless knowledge transfer, design assessments, and communicate crucial client policy updates. Working directly on-site in Quezon City, the role involves close collaboration with operational and quality teams to uphold rigorous project performance metrics.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Plan and organize operational training schedules according to business and staffing requirements.
- Manage full-cycle training delivery from candidate onboarding through to live production handover.
- Partner with operations, quality assurance, and workforce teams to support key performance goals.
- Create, administer, and evaluate learner assessments and proficiency tests.
- Communicate and implement client policy updates across the project team.
- Design training curricula, update existing materials, and craft new course content as needed.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Legal authorization to live and work in the Philippines.
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
- Background as a subject matter expert across any industry.
- Flexibility to accommodate rotational work shifts and schedule variations.
- Willingness to undertake internal development and upskilling programs.
