Based in Singapore, this internship role with United Overseas Bank offers hands-on exposure to retail banking operations and modern workplace technologies. The intern will assist in testing and implementing artificial intelligence tools to optimize operational workflows across the team. Additionally, the role involves supporting business management functions through tracking, reporting, and presentation preparation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate artificial intelligence tools to enhance team efficiency and workflows
- Document artificial intelligence applications, standards, and productivity solutions
- Help test and refine automation and AI-driven operational processes
- Create user manuals, training content, and adoption materials for new tools
- Prepare presentation slides, meeting resources, and tracking documentation
- Support business management routines including financial and resource monitoring

- Enthusiastic about artificial intelligence, automation, and productivity technologies
- Strong organizational capabilities and a meticulous eye for detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
