Based in Singapore, this Product Manager role oversees the complete lifecycle of Singtel's enterprise managed services portfolio, focusing on SD-WAN and SSE solutions. The position is responsible for driving product strategy, financial performance, and integration of AI initiatives to enhance service scalability and operational resilience. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, key vendors, and sales channels to drive market adoption and operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee the product lifecycle, commercial model, roadmap, and P&L for managed network services.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions and automation into the SD-WAN service to boost operational resilience and scalability.
- Define product specifications, policies, and pricing structures while establishing competitive benchmarks.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations to ensure seamless integration with internal OSS and BSS platforms.
- Partner with external hardware and software vendors to optimize service rollouts and operational workflows.
- Support enterprise sales teams with RFP responses and go-to-market strategies for service upsells.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of product management or product development experience in enterprises or startups.
- Background working with managed Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) or enterprise cloud-based services.
- Knowledge of enterprise technology trends and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated interest in automation, digitization, and operational runbook improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
