Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading and coordinating user acceptance testing for retail banking applications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality verification. The position requires managing end-to-end testing processes, documenting defects, and supporting business users through operational readiness and post-implementation phases. You will also contribute to system functionality development, training manuals, and participate in various country and group-level projects.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing for retail banking applications
- Understand user requirements and plan testing for adequate coverage
- Manage end-to-end testing, including defect reporting and issue resolution
- Support business users with operational readiness and post-implementation activities
- Develop system functionality and user training manuals
- Provide support and input for production issues and customer complaints
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in functional testing within retail banking
- Knowledge of retail banking operations, products, and services
- Experience testing banking channels like self-service or mobile banking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
