Based in Indonesia, this role involves driving key project initiatives across Global Financial Markets and treasury operations. You will oversee operational transformation, regulatory reporting changes, and system implementations by working closely with technology, finance, and risk teams. The position requires strong treasury product knowledge and project execution skills to communicate progress and deliver high-quality presentations to executive leaders.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead treasury and operational projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Collect business requirements and convert them into practical operational workflows
- Support compliance initiatives and local regulatory reporting updates
- Facilitate collaboration among technology, risk, finance, and business units
- Organize user acceptance testing, system rollout, and post-launch activities
- Develop concise presentation decks and report project status to executive management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, or a related field
- Between 7 and 10 years of experience in banking operations or treasury project delivery
- Solid grasp of financial products including FX, Money Market, and Fixed Income
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder alignment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
- Prior experience with treasury systems or project certifications like PMP or Agile is advantageous
