The position requires collaboration with cybersecurity experts and various teams to manage resolutions and communicate technical issues effectively. You will leverage your expertise to thoroughly review apps and developer activities, relaying findings to stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Identify security and user data violations based on policy guidelines
- Collaborate with various teams to meet review deadlines and manage security incidents
- Conduct thorough reviews of applications and developers, reporting findings to stakeholders
- Handle time-sensitive escalations from key stakeholders
- Identify workflow and process gaps, providing input for improvements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 1 year of experience in content moderation, app review, or web/social media review
- Basic knowledge of coding, preferably with mobile applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in areas with unclear policy definitions
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask across various workflows
- Understanding of customer support best practices
