Based in the Philippines, this operational leadership role at Accenture guides teams across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or Deal Desk operations. The successful candidate will drive service delivery, oversee team workload balancing, and ensure all productivity and quality benchmarks are consistently met. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, legal, and revenue teams to resolve complex escalations and uphold governance across transactions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct operational teams handling Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or Deal Desk processes
- Ensure operational performance meets or surpasses established service levels and quality targets
- Review and validate commercial deals, pricing structures, and discount governance policies
- Monitor workload distribution and facilitate positive team engagement to drive productivity
- Lead performance management initiatives and establish corrective development plans when required
- Resolve critical escalations by coordinating with cross-functional internal and external partners
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
- Extensive functional experience in P2P, OTC (Order Management/Billing), or Deal Desk domains
- Demonstrated track record of people leadership within shared services, GBS, or BPO environments
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise ERP systems or CPQ quotation software
- Strong capability to manage complex stakeholder relations and maintain rigorous SLAs
- CPPP certification or relevant professional credential is an advantage
